Cancellation Policy

When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving cookies that are not yet in stock. Your card will be charged at checkout, and your order will ship as soon as the cookies are available.

You may cancel a pre-order any time before your order ships for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

 

Subscriptions (if offered in the future)

If you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive cookies on a repeat schedule of your choice. You can cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Simply log in to your account or contact us at hello@eatpsiloveyou.com.
