We ship via trusted carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx) to ensure timely delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our cookies are soft-baked, they may be sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we take extra care with packaging and may adjust shipping methods to maintain product quality.

Gifting & Special Requests

Sending cookies as a gift? Add your recipient’s address at checkout and include a note in the order comments — we’ll make sure your package is gift-ready.

Shipping Issues

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days at hello@eatpsiloveyou.com and we’ll make it right.
